A few "game rules" to ensure that everything runs smoothly...

• Make a set appointment in person or by phone.
• Please phone as quickly as possible (48 hours before the appointment) if you realise that you cannot keep an appointment. This guarantees a smoothly running practice and we can give your appointment to another patient who is waiting.
• Always remember your insurance card.
• Please inform of us any changes in your personal data, so that we can keep your file up to date. Please have name, address changes made at your insurance company, and apply for a new insurance card. We are not allowed to make these changes ourselves.
• You can pay invoices for private services directly or with your ec card.
• Please prepare yourself carefully for your appointment with the doctor.
• Should you be ill or in pain, there are emergency consulting hours. Please make an appointment for these emergency consulting hours. In order to shorten waiting times, patients are no longer accepted during standard consulting hours but instead are referred to the emergency consulting hours.
